Preliminary Application Instructions
Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding to the application form. All documents must be prepared digitally beforehand.
Required Documents Checklist
- 1. Application Fee Pay Slip (Mandatory) Format: PDF Only
- 2. Passport Size Picture (Mandatory) Format: Image (JPG/PNG)
- 3. Marriage Certificate (Conditional) Required ONLY if Marital Status is "Married" (Step 7)
- 4. Academic Transcripts/Certificates Digital copies will be required later for verification (e.g., CSEE, ACSEE, NTA, NVA).
General Form Completion Guidelines
- The application is a 7-step process. You can navigate back and forth between completed steps.
- Step 1 is required to generate your unique Application ID and must be completed first.
- The questions in Step 2 on your highest education level will determine which academic history sections (Step 3 & 4) you are required to fill out.
- Ensure all academic details (Index Numbers, Years, Grades) are accurate as per your official certificates.
- All phone numbers and email addresses must be active and correct for official communication.
